Here are a few macro's that I use, Though I am still refining them and tweaking them for 2.3. I will post further updates when things change ^^

The important thing to note is Monk's are very macro friendly, since their abilities require you to be in certain stances before you can use them it makes macro's easy. With most other classes you must use the /wait ? comand which has its drawbacks, 1) moving will cancel the rotation and 2) if your target moves out of range your rotation is canceled 3) every time you activate the macro it will start from the begining.

So monks are different we can make "spam button" macro's that means we are free to move and run around and our macro's will only activate when we are in range.
Give macro's a go and tell me what you think ^^
